Spherical Blowline Magnets
The MAGNATTACK™ RE80™ High-Intensity Spherical Blowline Magnet has been aerodynamically designed to extract metal fragments from dry food products without causing bulk density and flow problems.
In bakery applications, the Spherical Magnet is typically installed in incomingpneumatic flour transfers (dilute phase). The very simple yet effective design and easy cleaning features of this magnet allow bakeries to properly control metal fragment contamination by stopping it at the entry point to the process and, in addition, keep suppliers accountable. Using +11,000 gauss elements, tiny weakly-magnetic fragments such as magnetic stone particles, work hardened stainless steel, and magnetic dust is extracted before the product can enter the baking process.
